Don Hall's gift cards are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred.
The card will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or used without your consent. This card will only be replaced if an original sales receipt, valid identification and original card number are provided.

Gift cards can be used at all restaurant locations, lodging, banquet services, catering services, and Takes the Cake purchases. There are no dormancy fees and no expiration date.
Orders over $250.00 must be shipped to the billing address.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Mountain Time (5:00 PM Eastern), Monday through Friday, usually ship the same day except for holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time (5:00 PM Eastern) or on weekends, usually ship the next business day.
